Common Inquiries
I know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, I’ve put together some of the questions I’m frequently asked. If there’s something I’ve missed, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
Yes! If an emergency occurs, we will notify you immediately.
How long does it take for my dog to be groomed?
Most full grooms can typically take 2-3 hours, depending on the behavior of the dog, coat condition, and service.
Baths and Tidy-Ups can take 1-2 hours, depending on coat type, size, and behavior.
Walk-in services typically take no more than 30 minutes from check-in to check-out.
What vaccines do you require?
Currently, we only require proof of rabies vaccination, per Indiana State Law.
A vaccine is not required for puppies younger than 12 weeks.
